Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or email/password).

Profile Data: Profile photos, display names, and user preferences you choose to provide.

Project Data: Scene designs, camera configurations, storyboards, shot lists, calibration data, and other creative content you create within the platform.

Camera & Device Data: When using LiveCam features, we access your device camera and microphone with your permission. Video feeds are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly save a capture.

Device & Sensor Data: Gyroscope, accelerometer, and device orientation data used for camera tracking features. This data is processed locally and not stored on our servers.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. We receive transaction confirmations and subscription status from Stripe.

Usage Data: We collect analytics on feature usage, page views, and interactions to improve the platform. This data is anonymized and aggregated.

CoolMotion accesses your device camera and microphone only with your explicit permission and only when you activate LiveCam features. Important details:

• Video feeds are processed entirely in your browser using client-side optical flow analysis
• Live video is never transmitted to our servers
• Captures and recordings are only saved when you explicitly choose to save or share them
• Gyroscope and motion sensor data is used locally for camera tracking and is not stored remotely
• Calibration data (optical flow sensitivities) is stored in your account to persist between sessions

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), cloud infrastructure providers (hosting and storage)
• Collaborators: When you share a project or scene, designated collaborators can view shared content
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

• Access & Export: You can access and export your project data at any time
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from your Profile settings
• Camera Permissions: You can revoke camera/microphone access at any time through your browser settings
• Communications: You can opt out of non-essential emails
